Alicia D. Teet, Bio Summary

Ms. Teet founded Teet's Counseling and Resource Network in April, 2008. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Peirce College, she was moved to utilize her God-given gifts and talents to heal the hearts of many. She continued her education at Biblical Theological Seminary and earned her Master of Arts degree in Counseling in May, 2007. Her background, education, and experience have secured her placement amongst her peers in the counseling arena.

Her service knows no bounds. She has over 5 years experience in teaching and counseling ministries. She has graciously donated her time and talents to various church ministries, including: Deaconess at Emmanuel Institutional Baptist located in Philadelphia; President of the Children's Usher Board at Greater Exodus Baptist Church, Philadelphia; and a teachers assistant at Word of Life Christian Center in Bear, DE.

Ms. Teet brings over 10 years experience in the area of finance. As a Financial Advisor, she utilizes her skills and talents to help secure a solid financial future for her clients. She is committed to helping society identify and attain peace of mind through financial planning and growth. By increasing and strengthening the financial fortitude in all populations, with an emphasis on minority cultures, she equips her clients to become more financially empowered. Ms. Teet spends a significant portion of her time promoting higher financial and economic standards, and expanding the wealth-consciousness of professional young adults and adults.

Ms. Teet's work through TCRN will allow her to utilize her anointed gifts to heal broken hearts, to minister God's deliverance, and to give sight to the blind by providing psychological counseling and prompting heart change through the power of God's Spirit. Her proven counseling techniques have led several into spiritual freedom. The Holy Spirit has truly gifted her with a prophetic anointing that ushers men and women from all backgrounds and lifestyles into His will for them in EVERY aspect of their lives. She has a deep awareness of the mandate upon her life, which is to lead people out of bondage and toxic behaviors and help them discover their purpose and reach their highest potential in Christ. Ms. Teet is committed to providing hope, an essential element that is often lacking in the healing process, to all.

Her Spirit-filled living requires her to discover and develop the spiritual gifts she has received and exercise them through the Spirit's power for the edification of others. Her life echoes the Master's Word, "He has sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners - to comfort all who mourn. ... a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor" (Isaiah 61:1-3). Ms. Teet resides with her lovely son, Rashaad in Delaware.
